古冶炼废渣急性毒性危害试验研究
Experimental study on acute toxicity of ancient smelting residue
对古冶炼废渣中重金属进行总量分析,针对古冶炼废渣长久堆放后废渣浸出液的急性毒性进行探讨。结果表明: 废渣中残留重金属(Zn+Pb)平均含量高达6.97%,经几百年风化与雨水淋滤,其中1.71%以上的Zn+Pb已经释放到周围环境中。古冶炼废渣浸出能力减弱,废渣中Zn仅部分点位有极少量浸出,Pb的浸出量甚至在检出限以下,Cr和Cd也仅有少量浸出。根据急性毒性试验结果,样品采用限度试验法进行急性毒性试验。急性毒性试验结果表明废渣水浸液小鼠急性经口LD50(半数致死量)大于20 mL/kg•bw。在实验过程中小白鼠没有出现死亡,行为也未见异常,但小白鼠体重增长明显下降。实验结束时对小鼠作肝、肾脏解剖学检查,未发现肝、肾器官异常改变,与对照组比较无明显差异。说明古冶炼废重金属含量依然很高,虽然经长时间风化淋滤其浸出毒性降低,但是急性毒性危害仍然存在。
he total amount of heavy metal in ancient smelting residue was analyzed. The acute toxicity of lixivium from the waste residue was discussed. The results showed that the residual heavy metal (Zn and Pb) content in the ancient residue was up to 6.97%. After weathering and rain leaching over several hundred years, more than 1.71% of Zn and Pb had been released to the surrounding environment. The lixiviation ability of heavy metal in the ancient smelting residue has declined. Only a very small part of Zn lixiviated at a few locations, the amount of Pb leaching is below the detection limit, and only a small amount of Cr and Cd leaching occurs. According to the pre-test results, the limit test method was adopted to carry out acute toxicity tests. The results showed that acute oral LD50 (median lethal doses) in mice for the lixivium was greater than 20 mL/kg•bw. No death or abnormal behaviors of mice were observed during the experiment. However, weight gain of mice significantly decreased. After the experiment, anatomical examination was performed for mice liver and kidney. No abnormal change was found. No significant difference was identified when compared with the control group. It showed that residual heavy metal content in the smelting residue was still high. Although the lixivium toxicity declined over a long period, the acute toxicity hazard still exists.
