片状Fe-Si-Al/Co2Z铁氧体复合组分的微波电磁性能和阻抗匹配特性
Electromagnetic properties and impedance matching characteristics of flaky Fe-Si-Al/Co2Z ferrite composites at microwave frequencies
采用机械球磨的方法制备了不同质量比的片状Fe-Si-Al/Co2Z 铁氧体复合吸收剂,并对其结构、微波电磁参数和阻抗匹配特性进行表征分析。复合组分中随着Fe-Si-Al含量的增加,其复数介电常数和复数磁导率均相应增大。计算的反射系数结果表明Fe-Si-Al/Co2Z 铁氧体复合吸收剂的吸波性能优于单相片状Fe-Si-Al或Co2Z 铁氧体吸收剂;适当质量比的片状Fe-Si-Al/Co2Z 铁氧体复合吸收剂可以明显改善阻抗匹配特性,从而可以实现优异的吸波性能。
he Fe-Si-Al/Co2Z ferrite composites were prepared by balling-milling. The microstructure, microwave electromagnetic properties and impedance matching performanceof the series of composites were discussed. With the content of Fe-Si-Al particles increasing, the complex permittivity and permeability both increase. The calculated reflection losses indicate that the absorption performance of Fe-Si-Al/Co2Z ferrite composites is better than the pure Fe-Si-Al and Co2Z ferrite. Through discussing the impedance matching condition, it can be concluded that a proper weight ratio of the Fe-Si-Al/Co2Z ferrite composite can improve the impedance matching performance of the materials which results in prefect absorption.
