etermination of Flunarizine in Human Plasma Using Weak Cation-Exchange Monolithic Column as Pretreatment Material
用自制的弱阳离子交换整体柱分析测定血液中的氟桂利嗪,以水做为富集流动相,实现在线富集的同时去除生物样品中蛋白。考察了该整体柱的性能,方法的回收率及精密度。实验表明,该整体柱性能良好,再生后可重复使用,具有良好的回收率及精密度。本方法避免了繁琐的样品预处理,为检测血液中的痕量药物提供了一种简单、经济、快速的新方法。
monolithic column affording cationic functionalities was prepared and modified on-line by ethylenediamine and monochloracetic acid respectively. The column was used for analysis and determination of flunarizine in plasma. The on–line sample deproteinization was carried out , and the enrichment of drugs had been completed at the same time. The properties of the column were investigated and the column exhibited good stability, recovery and precision. The method avoided tedious pretreatment and provided a very simple, cheap, effective method for assaying drugs in the blood. After regeneration, the monolithic column could be used repetitiously and no obvious changes in column efficiency and back pressure were observed within two months.
