泥石流无线自动实时监测预警关键技术研究
Research on Key Techniques of Wireless Automatic Real-time Monitoring and Early Warning of Debris Flow
本文基于泥石流无线自动实时监测预警工作,总结了泥石流无线自动实时监测预警工作中的一些关键技术。结合监测数据的特征及预警模型的具体需求,基于数据库技术实现了对降雨场次的程序自动识别,以及对监测数据等时间间隔的处理,为后续预警模型的计算提供了数据支撑。同时,如何保证预警程序的持续不间断的稳定运行,实现无人工干预的完全自动与实时化,一直是研究的难点,为克服这一难题,本文在解决方案中引入了系统服务这一技术,能够保证整个预警过程稳定的运行,真正意义上实现了泥石流监测预警过程的自动实时化。本研究成果应用于走马岭沟泥石流监测预警中,成功对2013年7月8日的泥石流事件进行了预警,达到预期目的。
In this paper, we summarize some key techniques of wireless automatic real-time monitoring and early warning of debris flow. Combined with the characteristics of the monitoring data and the demand of the warning model, we realize the automatic recognition the rainfall process based on the database technique. And the automatic processing of monitoring data by uniform time interval provides data support for the subsequent calculation of the early warning model. At the same time, how to ensure the continuous stable operation of early warning program, realize the automatic real-time process the monitoring data without manual intervention, has been a difficult research problem. In order to overcome this problem, this paper introduces the System Service in our solution, to ensure the stable operation of the whole process of early warning, to achieve a true sense of the automatic real-time process of monitoring and early warning of debris flow. The results of this study are applied to the monitoring and early warning of debris flow in Zoumaling gully, which has successfully predicted the debris flow events in July 8, 2013.
