Sr4Al2O7:Re3+, R+ (Re=Eu、Dy; R=Li、Na、K)荧光粉的溶胶-凝胶法制备及其发光性能
Sol-gel synthesis and luminescence property of Sr4Al2O7:Re3+, R+ (Re=Eu and Dy; R=Li, Na and K) phosphors for white LEDs
利用溶胶-凝胶法制备出碱金属电荷补偿的Sr4Al2O7:Eu3+/Dy3+荧光粉,并详细研究了该Sr4Al2O7:Re3+, R+ (Re=Eu、Dy; R=Li、Na、K)系列荧光粉的结构与发光性能。通过XRD可以看出在1400℃以上加热时,能够较好地合成出具有Sr4Al2O7相的荧光粉。在紫外光照射下,Sr4Al2O7:Eu3+, R+ (R=Li、Na、K)荧光粉的发射光谱上在550 nm到700 nm范围内出现了几个窄带发射峰,它们是由Eu3+的4f→4f跃迁引起的。而Sr4Al2O7:Dy3+, R+的发射光谱中,在492 nm 和 582 nm位置处出现了两个Dy3+的发射峰,分别由4F9/2→6H15/2 和 4F9/2→6H13/2产生。经碱金属电荷补偿后,荧光粉的发光强度明显得到改善,进一步提升其在白光LED中的应用潜力。
Eu3+/Dy3+ doped Sr4Al2O7 phosphors with alkali metal added as charge compensation were prepared though sol-gel method. The structure and luminescence properties of Sr4Al2O7:Re3+, R+ (Re=Eu and Dy; R=Li, Na and K) phosphors were investigated in detail. Upon 1400℃ heating, the structure of prepared samples was agreed with the standard phase of Sr4Al2O7. Under the UV excitation, all Sr4Al2O7:Eu3+, R+ samples exhibited several narrow peaks emission ranging from 550 nm to 700 nm due to the 4f→4f transition of Eu3+ ions. Meanwhile, all Sr4Al2O7:Dy3+, R+ phosphors showed both two emission peaks at 492 nm and 582 nm, which due to the 4F9/2→6H15/2 and 4F9/2→6H13/2 transitions of Dy3+ ions, respectively. The luminescence intensity of Sr4Al2O7:Re3+, R+ (Re=Eu and Dy; R=Li, Na and K) phosphors were improved remarkably with charge compensators addition, which promote their application in white light-emitting diodes with UV chip.
