在供应链中基于第三方的末端配送决策优化
he Optimal Decision of Terminal Delivery with Third-party Logistics in Supply Chain
随着快递行业的快速发展,在一定程度上弥补了传统物流配送企业在小件末端配送上的劣势。上游企业与末端物流配送企业基于合作的模式下,引入快递企业,来满足小件配送的需求,同时,上游企业考虑由于末端物流配送企业承运能力和服务总时长的限制,以末端配送成本最小化为目标,对末端配送方式的决策进行优化,以实现末端配送环节的高效优质的服务。本文研究发现,通过引进快递企业来弥补物流配送企业原有的小件配送成本过高的缺陷,实行末端联合配送,能有效改善原有末端配送服务链的表现,实现上游企业以成本较少和物流配送企业利润较大的情况下,完成末端配送服务环节的高效优质的目标。
With the rapid development of the express delivery industry, the disadvantage of traditional logistics distribution enterprises in the distribution of small pieces is partly compensated. Based on the cooperation mode of the upstream enterprises and terminal logistics and distribution enterprise, the introduction of express delivery enterprise to meet the needs of small parts delivery , so as to achieve efficient and high-quality service in terminal delivery.At the same time, the upstream enterprises consider the terminal logistics and distribution enterprise to limit the total carrying capacity and service time, to minimize the terminal delivery costs as the goal, to optimize the terminal delivery mode decision.
