On the Dynamical Relativity Principle and Cosmological Metric

In this article, we start from causal relationship to investigate the problem of dynamical relativity. We suggest the counting of forces should also being relative to keep the consistency with relative measurement of kinematic effect. First of all, we propose a principle of causality consistency for fundamental dynamical laws. Then we carry out a new general principle of dynamical relativity in a subtle way, where the dynamical equation can be exactly applied in any reference frame so that the special status for inertial reference frame is removed. The essence of inertial forces is the real force which must be deducted in a relative counting of forces between the particle under study and the particle corresponding to the origin of the reference frame. After that, we propose a consistent physical picture for how to convert the gravitational force into a geometric description of spacetime. On this basis, we reinterpret the gravitational redshift effect in the solar gravity test, and we also reinvestigate the foundation of cosmology and propose a new cosmological metric explicitly included the gravitational redshift effect. There are two concepts of the acceleration for the evolution of the universe. What is directly related to the earth's observational data is the coordinate acceleration. We find that even if its value is indicated to be positive, considering that the gravitational redshift effect is being more and more weak with the expanding of the universe, it is still possible for we to obtain a negative value of the proper acceleration. In this way, we may avoid the introduction of dark energy in cosmology.
