PEG与PU复合增韧酚醛泡沫塑料的研究
Research of PEG and PUComposite Toughening on Phenolic Foam
本文对复合改性酚醛泡沫塑料的合成条件进行了研究与探讨,对样品进行了表观密度、抗冲击强度、粉化率、吸水率、扫描电镜、热重等一系列测试,得出了用聚氨酯与聚乙二醇复合增韧酚醛泡沫的最佳配方,即最佳发泡温度为70℃,最佳的改性时间为10min,聚氨酯与聚乙二醇的最佳配比为1:3,最佳固化剂用量为12%,同时选用表面活性剂和发泡剂分别为酚醛树脂用量的10%,改性剂用量为15%。实验结果表明,经过复合增韧后的酚醛泡沫塑料各方面性能均高于未改性酚醛泡沫塑料。
In this paper, modified phenolic foam composite synthesis conditions were studied and the samples were apparent density, impact strength, powder, water absorption, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric and other a series of tests, obtained with polyurethane and polyethylene glycol, phenolic foam composite toughening the best formula, that is the best foaming temperature is 70℃, the best of the modified time is 10min, polyurethane and polyethylene glycol the best ratio of 1:3, the best curing agent was 12%, while use of surfactant and foaming agent were 10% of the amount of phenolic resin modified dosage of 15%. The results show that, after complex after toughening performance of various aspects of phenolic foam is higher than non-modified phenolic foam.
