Study on the Influence of Crown Ether on Sulfur Removal during Slow-heating Pyrolysis of Coal

在固定床中系统研究了团柏煤中硫在氮气气氛下随温度、停留时间的变迁规律,并考察了煤慢速升温热解过程中分别添加18-冠-6或二苯并-18-冠-6对硫脱除率的影响。结果表明:在煤热解过程中添加18-冠-6或二苯并-18-冠-6均有利于总硫的脱除;当热解温度大于550℃时,相同条件下添加二苯并-18-冠-6时总硫的脱除效果明显优于添加18-冠-6。另外,在煤热解过程中添加二苯并-18-冠-6也提高有机硫的脱除率。此外,实验结果还表明,当热解温度小于750℃时,添加18-冠-6或二苯并-18-冠-6同时还可以明显提高黄铁矿硫的脱除率。通过对热解半焦进一步进行脱附实验和孔结构分析,发现在原煤热解过程中添加18-冠-6或二苯并-18-冠-6可以改变半焦孔结构,使其微孔体积和平均孔径增大。

he transformation behavior of sulfur in Tuanbo (TB) coal during slow-heating pyrolysis at different temperatures and residence times was investigated in fixed-bed system in inert atmosphere. Furthermore, the influence of 18-crown-6 or dibenzo-18-crown-6 on desulfuration rate during slow-heating pyrolysis of coal was also studied. The results indicated that adding 18-crown-6 or dibenzo-18-crown-6 could improve the total sulfur removal during Tuanbo coal pyrolysis; and when the temperature was higher than 550℃, adding dibenzo-18-6 was more efficiency. Furthermore, The results also showed that adding dibenzo-18-crown-6 also could improve organic sulfur removal obviously; and when the temperature was lower than 750℃, adding 18-crown-6 or dibenzo-18-crown-6 also could improve the pyritic sulfur removal obviously. Moreover, through desorption experiment and pore analysis, one also could know that compared with the char achieved during raw coal pyrolysis, char obtained during pyrolysis when adding 18-crown-6 or dibenzo-18-crown-6 had more powerful desorption capability and larger pore volume and diameter.
