Preparation of Non-corrosive Phenolic Foam

酚醛泡沫是一种新型隔热保温材料,由于其轻质、隔热、阻燃等优点而具有十分广阔的应用前景。本文分别用常温法和高温法制备酚醛泡沫,并对两种不同的发泡方法进行了比较。高温法在保证难燃材料的同时,其压缩强度,热稳定性明显提高,并且该工艺没有加入任何酸固化剂,解决了常温发泡易发生酸腐蚀的问题,是一种无腐蚀性酚醛泡沫。

Phenolic foam is a new type of thermal insulation material, and is of very broad application prospects for its light weight, heat insulation, fire-retardant and other advantages. In this paper, the phenolic foam is preparated by normal-temperature method and high-temperature method, and the results of the two different methods are compared. In order to flame retardant, the compressive strength, thermal stability of the phenolic foam preparated by high-temperature method are markedly improved. Because in the high temperature method no acid curing agent is added, the acid corrosion problem of the phenolic foam preparated by normal-temperature method is solved, so it is a kind of corrosiveless material.
