不同外源激素对羊草有性生殖数量性状调控作用的研究
Regulating function of different plant hormone on number characters traits of sexual reproduction of Leymus chinensis
在羊草小花分化期喷施GA3(赤霉素)、IAA(生长素)及KT(激动素),研究不同植物激素种类对羊草有性生殖数量性状的影响。结果表明,生长素对羊草抽穗数、抽穗率、每穗小穗数、每穗小花数、结实数、结实率和千粒重均无显著影响(P>0.05);激动素与赤霉素可显著地增加其中的每穗小花数和结实数(P<0.05),且激动素的效果明显好于赤霉素;表明外源激动素和赤霉素对羊草的小花分化数量具有明显的促进作用,而生长素则对所有有性生殖数量性状无显著影响。
Leymus chinensis has low power on sexual reproduction and is dominant by vegetative reproduction. It has a poor seeds production, which restrain the using of it seviously. Plant hormones are key factors in controlling the reproductive growth of plants. A field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of plant hormones (GA3, IAA, KT) on the number characters traits of sexual reproduction of L. chinensis. The results indicated that, IAA had no effect on heading number , heading percent, spikelets per spike, florets per spikelets, seeds number, seed percent and one thousand-seed weight (P > 0.05). GA3 and KT could increasing the number of florets per spike, seeds number per spike significantly (P < 0.05), and then increasing the weight of per spike, weight of seeds per spike and seed yield. The effect of KT on these indexes was higher than that of GA3. So we concluded that GA3 and KT accelerated the florets differentiation and IAA had no effect on the traits of sexual reproduction number characters of L. chinensis.
