80MnCr磨球用钢热处理性能的试验研究

本文针对成分为0.83C-0.95Mn-0.99Cr的80MnCr的钢,通过不同热处理制度进行试验,采用冲击、硬度等试验对该磨球用钢热处理后的性能进行了研究,并分析了金相组织与性能的关系。实验表明80MnCr钢在790℃淬火,180℃回火后得到良好的综合性能:硬度达到了62HRC,冲击韧性达到了13J/cm2。金相组织为贝氏体、马氏体及残余奥氏体三相组织。

he article researches 80MnCr steel which composed by 0.83C-0.95Mn-0.99Cr by different heat treatment experiment. Discuss the property of this steel by way of hardness test and impact test. And also analyze the relationship between the microstructure and property of 80MnCr steel. The experiment show that 80MnCr steel gets well comprehensive performance with hardness of 62HRC and toughness of 13J / cm2 through quenching at 790℃ and tempering at 180℃. And the microstructure is three-phase structure by bainite, martensite and austenite.
