通道与信息类型对大学生多媒体学习的影响

The Impact of Modality and Information Types on College Students' Multimedia Learning

为探究通道与信息类型对大学生多媒体学习成绩的影响,采用3(视觉单通道、听觉单通道、视听双通道)×2(中文信息、英文信息)两因素实验设计,对180名大学生进行了实验研究。结果显示,(1)在中文信息学习中,视觉和听觉单通道条件下的测验成绩均好于视听双通道条件;(2)在英文信息学习中,视听双通道条件下的测验成绩显著好于视觉和听觉单通道条件。这表明大学生采用视听双通道学习中文信息会出现冗余效应,采用视听双通道学习英文信息会出现通道效应。

To explore the impact of modality and information types on multimedia learning, designed a 3×2 experiment which contained two variables: modality and information type. There were 180 participants who are college students. The result showed that: In the learning of Chinese materials, Gropes of single -modality presentation showed better grades; In the learning of English materials, Grope of dual-modality presentation showed better grades.It meaned that college students learning chinese information with dual-modality might appear the redundancy effect, and learning English information with dual-modality might appear the modality effect.
