O2气体保护焊焊丝表面涂层技术研究

Research on the surface coating of the welding wire used in CO2-gas shielding arc welding

通过机械合金化的方法,把含有脱氧剂和活化剂的涂层粉涂敷于焊丝表面,在焊接时能够把涂层粉带入焊接区域,以此改善焊接工艺。通过对比实验发现:在小规范下,涂层焊丝的焊接飞溅明显降低,大颗粒飞溅比例降低;焊缝成形得到改善,熔深、熔宽增加,余高减小,焊缝成形系数增大;气孔量减小;熔滴过渡频率升高。分析主要原因是脱氧剂和活性剂的同时存在影响了焊接冶金过程和电弧行为,改善了焊接工艺。

Used the method of Mechanical Alloying,put the coating particles which conclude deoxidizer and activated fluxes on to the surface of the welding wire,take the coating particles into welding line,the welding process can be improved.According to the experiment:when the welding condition is small,welding spatters reduce obviously,the propotion of big grain spatters decrased;the appearance of weld is improved,thewidth and depth of the welding seam are increased,the reinforcement decreased,and aspect ratio of weld increased;the number of porosity reduced;droplet transfer frequency ia increased.The main reason is the concurrence of the deoxidizer and activated fluxes which inflenced the metallurgy of the welding process and the action of the arc,improved the welding procedure.
