PC MRI法测量主、肺动脉的血流量准确性的研究

目的:通过PC MRI法测量正常志愿者的主、肺动脉起始部的血流量,探讨PC MRI法测量主、肺动脉血流量的准确和可重复性;方法:对31例正常志愿者的主、肺动脉起始部心动周期内的净血流量进行测量、比较,观察PC MRI法测量血流的准确性;对9例正常志愿者主、肺动脉的净血流量分前后两次测量、比较,观察PC MRI法测量血流的可重复性。结果:PC MRI法测量正常志愿者的主、肺动脉起始部的血流量间具有良好的一致性(r=0.94);前后两次PC MRI法测量主、肺动脉血流量间具有良好的重复性(r主动脉=0.91,r肺动脉=0.92)。结论:PC MRI法是一种无创、安全、准确、信息量大的检查方法,且不受肺气、骨骼的影响,是主、肺动脉血液动力学研究的好方法。

Objective: In order to evaluate the accuracy and repeatability of PC MRI in measuring the blood flow volume of aorta and main pulmonary artery. Method: In order to find out the accuracy of blood flow volume of aorta and main pulmonary artery by using PC MR,31 cases of healthy volunteer's blood flow in the beginning of aorta and pulmonary artery were measured by using PC MRI, we analyzed and compared the values of blood flow volume within the cardiac cycle. In order to find out the repeatability of blood flow volume of aorta and main pulmonary artery by using PC MR, 9 cases of healthy volunteers' blood flow in the beginning of aorta and pulmonary artery were measured by using PC MRI in twice times, we analyzed and compared the value of blood flow volume within the cardiac cycle. Results: There have good consistency between blood flow volume of aorta with pulmonary artery(r=0.94). There have good consistency in twice times measurements of blood flow volume of aorta and pulmonary artery(raorta =0.91,rpulmonary artery =0.92). Conclusion: PC MRI is a noninvasive, safe, accurate and informative method, and it is not affected by air and bone. It is a good way in research of the hemodynamics of aorta and pulmonary artery.
