蒸发式冷凝器强化传热实验研究
Experimental Study on Heat Transfer Enhancement for Evaporative Condenser
蒸发式冷凝器具有节水、节能、结构紧凑等优点而在工业制冷等领域得到了广泛的应用。本文从理论上简要分析了蒸发式冷凝器强化传热的方法,建立了蒸发式冷凝器传热性能和可视化测试实验平台。在换热盘管底部和进风格栅之间加入填料的蒸发式冷凝器,在相同操作条件下,总传热系数和传质系数分别提高了7%~17%和35%~63%,主要是由于循环冷却水温度降低,大大提高了管外空气对流传热系数30%~66%。可视化实验研究表明,扭曲管束管间水膜的分布较光滑圆管束好,有利于提高蒸发式冷凝器的传热效果。
Evaporative condenser has been widely used in industry for its energy-conversation, water-conservation and compact structure. The methods of heat transfer enhancement for the evaporative condensers were theoretically analyzed. The experimental apparatus were built up, by which we could test the heat transfer performance of the evaporative condensers and visually study on the distribution of the water film. Packing material was installed between the condensing coil and the inlet louvers in evaporative condenser, Results indicate that, under the same operating conditions, the increases for overall heat and mass transfer coefficient are 7%~17% and 35%~63% respectively, which are mainly due to the reducing of the circulating water temperature and the increasing of heat transfer coefficient between water film and air by 30%~66%.Vision investigations indicate that, twisted tube coils can get better distribution of the water film than plain tube coils, which is benefit for the increases for heat transfer coefficients of the evaporative condensers.
