复合颗粒增强KF311铁基合金的激光熔覆涂层组织与性能研究
Study on several carbides reinforced KF311 iron-based alloy laser cladding coating
本文以KF311铁基合金粉末为主,配以其他合金粉末及碳化物,通过激光熔覆技术在45钢表面制备了WC 、Cr3C2颗粒增强铁基合金熔覆涂层。实验得到的较为理想的合金粉配比为KF311:Fe62:Fe901:钴包WC:Cr3C2=53.9:11.55:11.55:15:8。对熔覆层进行了硬度测试、XRD分析、扫描电镜金相组织分析,结果表明,合金粉末中加入适当含量的WC 、Cr3C2,可以显著提高熔敷涂层的工艺性,得到与基体结合良好的熔覆层,且熔覆层中存在的γ- (Fe,Ni)相和形成的(Cr、Fe)23C6相能够显著提高熔覆层的硬度和耐磨性。
In this paper, Iron-based alloy powder coating was prepared using laser cladding technology on the surface of 45 steel,with KF311 iron-based alloy powder primarily and other alloy powder and carbide as secondary. The optimal Mixture ratio of alloy powder is KF311:Fe62:Fe901:钴包WC:Cr3C2=53.9:11.55:11.55:15:8。Through Hardness Testing, XRD analysis, and SEM microstructure analysis, results showing that, Cr3C2 and WC in the alloy powders can obviously change the microstructure and properties of the lasers,and obtain a good cladding layer with the base of 45# steel,which in presence of γ- (Fe,Ni) phase and (Cr、Fe)23C6 can significantly improve the hardness and wear resistance.
