啤酒发酵是一个大时滞性的过程,为了使发酵过程温度变化能够最佳程度的接近标准工艺曲线的要求,提出动态矩阵控制,一种常用的预测控制算法。将动态矩阵控制与常规的PID控制仿真结果对比发现前者能更好的适应发酵过程的大时滞性,超调量小,稳定性更好。最后将动态矩阵控制算法投入运用到实际生产中,结果验证了该算法具有良好的实用价值。

The particle swarm algorithm to get the optimal initial weights into the neural network PID controller can obtain satisfactory result, control is not only fast approaching control target, and response.
