基于DEA的知识工作团队效率评价研究

o solve efficiency evaluation problem of knowledge work teams, an evaluation index system of was constructed by using stakeholder theory, together with the characteristics of knowledge work teams, and an efficiency evaluation model for knowledge work teams was constructed based on data envelopment analysis. Finally, the model was verified by the example of design-type knowledge work teams, the result shows that this model not only can measure the efficiency of knowledge work teams but also can find out the reasons of ineffective of knowledge work teams and point out the improvement derection for them.
