企业产品生命周期识别是一项重要的企业经营管理活动。产品的生命周期是指产品从进入市场到退出市场的整个演化过程,企业产品生命周期阶段识别的目的就是要适时地调整企业产品结构和选择与产品生命周期相一致的营销目标和营销策略,以保持企业持续发展。本文作者首先分析了企业产品生命周期阶段特征,然后确定了反映企业产品生命周期阶段特征的指标,建立了隶属函数和模糊集,最后结合实例运用该模型对有关企业生命周期阶段进行了识别。

he identification of product life cycle is one of the most important operating activities for related firms. In order to achieve sustainable development, the firm should identify the product life cycle, from entry into to exit of the market, to restructure the product group and select the corresponding marketing goal and strategy. Firstly, the paper focuses on the characteristics of the different periods of product life, then select the recognition index and build fuzzy membership function. At last, the application of this model was illustrated with an example.
