云制造环境下面向多任务的机床装备资源动态调度方法研究
Research on multi-task oriented dynamic scheduling method of machine tools in cloud manufacturing environment
针对云制造环境下支持多任务运行的机床装备资源易受紧急插单、系统故障、质量异常等不确定高频扰动影响,致使云制造服务难以高效、稳定运行的问题,研究一种面向多任务的机床装备资源动态调度方法。结合非线性工艺规划理论,建立一种以最小时间、成本、能耗及负载均衡度,最优服务质量和可靠性为目标的初始调度模型,并采用带精英策略的遗传变邻域算法对所构建模型进行求解;同时,在考虑动态偏离度的基础上,提出一种基于事件驱动性和周期性重调度的动态调度策略,以支持云制造服务的优化运行。通过一算例验证该模型及算法的有效性。
iming at the characteristics of uncertainty and disturbance of machine tool dynamic scheduling in cloud manufacturing environment, a multi-taskoriented dynamic scheduling method is researched for machine tools. Combined with nonlinear process planning theory, an initial scheduling model is established with minimum time, cost, energy consumption and load balance degree, maximum service quality and reliability as goals. Using genetic variable neighborhood algorithm with elite strategy to solve the model. On the basis of considering the dynamic deviation, a dynamic scheduling strategy is proposed based on event driven and periodic rescheduling. An example is given to verify the validity of the model and the algorithm.
