本文提出了一种可以工作在TD-SCDMA的A频段和TD-LTE的D频段的共时双频发射机架构。该架构基于共时双频技术和传统的直接上变频发射机架构进行设计,并根据3GPP协议中对发射机性能的要求进行了器件选型和链路预算。根据器件选型的结果和器件的外围电路设计要求,本文中完成了发射机PCB板图设计和发射机PCB板制作。最后搭建了测试平台对发射机的性能进行了测试,主要通过输出信号的邻信道功率比(ACPR)和误差向量幅度(EVM)来衡量输出信号的质量。测试结果表明该发射机的输出信号可以用于无线收发系统的信号传输。
In this paper, a novel concurrent dual-band transmitter architecture working in TD-SCDMA A band and TD-LTE D band is proposed. The proposed architecture is based on the concurrent dual-band technology and the traditional direct upconversion transmitter architecture, and the device selection and link budget are based on the transmitter performance requirements of the 3GPP protocol. According to the results of device selection and the outline circuit design, the transmitter PCB board design and transmitter PCB board fabrication are completed in this paper. Finally, a test platform was built to test the performance of the transmitter. The quality of the output signal was measured by the adjacent channel power ratio (ACPR) and error vector magnitude (EVM) of the output signal. The test results show that the output signal of the transmitter can be used for signal transmission of the wireless transceiver system.
