目的:评价caveolin1对局灶性脑缺血损伤中的作用。方法:分别对 caveolin1基因敲除小鼠和同源野生C57小鼠行MCAO术造成脑缺血损伤模型。于术后1d、7d进行TTC染色、大脑干湿质量比,评价梗死体积比脑水肿程度,并进行神经功能评分。结果:与野生型小鼠比较,caveolin1基因缺失加重MCAO脑损伤,减缓其神经功能恢复,加重脑水肿。结论:caveolin-1在MCAO早期可能具有抗脑损伤和脑保护作用。

Objective:To evaluate the role of caveolin1 in mice after focal cerebral schemia.Methods:Mice(CAV1+/+ AND CAV1-/-) were reproduced by middle cerebral artery occlusion, Neurological functional score were evaluated after surgery before the execution, 5 rats were randomly taken from each group and calculated infarct size ratio by TTC, others were calculat the ratio of wet and dry brain. Results:Compared with wild-type mice,CAV1 deletion can significant delays restoration of neurological deficits and infarct size and abate the brain edema in mice.Conclusion:Caveolin1 may play a protective role in mice after focal cerebral ischemia.
