巷道围岩稳定性的流固耦合数值分析
FLUID-SOLID COUPLING NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF ROADWAY SURROUNDING ROCK STABILITY
本文应用多物理场数值模拟软件COMSOL Multiphysics,针对巷道围岩岩性较弱且受孔隙水压作用的工程问题,建立弹塑性多孔介质应力渗流耦合模型,结合徐州某矿巷道开挖支护的工程实例,针对不同孔隙水压作用下的巷道围岩表现出的力学响应进行了数值计算,对于应力分布特征和塑性区演化规律进行了对比分析,得知,对于软岩(如泥岩)受渗流场与应力场共同作用,自身力学性质改变较大,孔隙水压增大,有效应力随之减小,围岩强度降低,破坏深度增加,导致普通锚杆失效。研究结果为支护的合理性提供了参考依据,从而提高煤矿生产的安全性。
his paper applied multi-physical numerical simulation software COMSOL Multiphysics to establish the elastic-plastic flow-deformation model in porous media, for the weaker roadway surrounding rock and pore water pressure of engineering problems. The mechanical response of surrounding rock is simulated in different pore water pressure. After the contrastive analysis of stress distribution and state zone law, it is got that effective stress and rock strength is decreasing with the increasing of pore water pressure. And the increasing failure depth leads to failure of bolt. Research results provide a reference for the supporting, improving the safety of coal mine production.
