乙二醇单乙酸酯和双乙酸酯的盐析萃取分离
Salting-out Extraction of Ethylene Glycol Monoacetate and Ethylene Glycol Diacetate
采用氯化钠-乙酸乙酯盐析萃取体系对乙二醇与乙酸酯化产物中的乙二醇单乙酸酯和乙二醇双乙酸酯进行分离提纯,研究了萃取条件对分离效果的影响,并与直接酯化-蒸馏法的结果进行了对比。结果表明,直接酯化-蒸馏法制备的乙二醇单乙酸酯和乙二醇双乙酸酯纯度都较低。采用氯化钠-乙酸乙酯体系进行盐析萃取,当氯化钠浓度为2.0 mol/L,温度为25℃时可使单酯与双酯有效分离,将氯化钠浓度提高到饱和时可有效回收单酯。所得的单酯纯度达到97~98%,双酯纯度达到99%,单酯与双酯中均不含未反应完的乙二醇。
It purified the ethylene glycol monoacetate and ethylene glycol diacetate in the esterification products of the ethylene glycol and acetic acid by using the sodium chloride-ethyl acetate salt extraction system and studied the effects of extraction conditions on the separation result, as well as to compare with the direct esterification-distillation method. The results showed that, the purity of the ethylene glycol monoacetate and ethylene glycol diacetate which preparation by direct esterification-distillation method was too low. Using system of sodium chloride-ethyl acetate for salt-out extraction, when concentration of the sodium chloride was 2 mol/L and the temperature of the system was 25 ℃ can make the monoester and diester effective separation and the monoester can be effectively reclaim when the concentration of sodium chloride increased to saturation. The purity of the obtained monoester was 97~98% and the purity of the diester reached to 99%, moreover the monoester and the diester had no unreacted ethylene glycol.
