he central region economic has collapsed nearly 30 years. In recent years on how to promote "the rise of central China" become a hot research .The function coordination of the six central cities in Central china has an important impetus on the rise of central China. The article takes from identifying the leading city. To seek the main functions of the four cities, this paper uses Nelson means to classify the functions of each city. Then this paper evaluated analyses and integrated positioning Dominant and recessive condition of the six central cities' function evolution. This paper puts forward the measures on the six central cities' Optimization on the functional relationship from the perspectives of clearing regional central city; regional coordinated development, creating industrial clusters and improving government function to promote the economic rise of central China.
