基于CATIA二次开发的检具底座参数化模型库构建

为解决汽车检具底座分析过程中重复建模问题，提出了建立参数化模型库的构想；阐述了检具底座参数化模型库构建的理论基础；在VB开发环境下，基于CATIA Automation二次开发技术，以Microsoft Access为数据库编写了检具底座参数化建模软件，实现了标准检具底座的参数化设计、快速建模及零件通用格式文件的快速生成。
he conception of parameterized part was proposed to solve the problem of the car gauge base repeating modeling. The basis theoretical of the establishment of parameterized part was explained. The software of the establishment of parameterized part was written with CATIA Automation, Visual Basic and Microsoft Access. The methods of parametric design, rapid modeling and rapid generation of the standard format file were realized.
