基于四参数换档规律的工程车辆智能控制技术

在以往的工程车辆自动变速换挡规律研究中,都把工作泵所消耗的发动机功率当作固定值考虑,没有反映工作泵消耗功率的变化情况,因此不能准确把握发动机功率的流向。本文在工程车辆三参数换挡规律研究的基础上,提出了工程车辆四参数换挡规律,并以保持液力变矩器工作在高效区为目标,提出了工程车辆四参数换挡规律的智能控制方法。开发了以DSP为核心的自动变速电子控制单元。利用工程车辆电控系统试验台对所开发的自动变速电子控制单元的性能进行了测试。试验结果表明:所提出的四参数换挡规律的智能控制算法是可行和有效的,能够根据外界工况环境的变化准确、可靠的实现自动换挡,并保持液力变矩器经常工作在高效区。

In the early shift schedule research, the power of engine that oil pump consumes was considered as a constant, so it can not reflect the change of power that oil pump consumed. In order to solve this problem, this paper provides a method of intelligent control based on four-parameter shift schedule aiming at improving efficiency of torque converter. A set of electronic control unit with DSP of automatic transmission is developed. Control experiments are carried through on test-bench of engineering vehicle electronic control. The results of experiments show that the structure and control algorithm of intelligent control system put forward are feasible and effective, it could exactly and reliably realize an automatic shifting according to changed working conditions, And could maintain the high efficiency of torque converter.
