聚乙烯装置排放气的工艺选择方法研究

聚乙烯排放气回收方法主要有压缩冷凝、膜分离、变压吸附、深冷分离等,对于不同组成的反应系统排放气,需要采用不同的工艺方案,但是由于缺乏工艺的选择方法,导致很大的盲目性。本文选取排放气中三个重要组成氮气、氢气以及重烃作为研究对象,以回收效率、经济效益最大化为目标,建立了聚乙烯排放气回收工艺的选择原则。对排放气中氮气与C2的分离,运用Aspen Plus稳态模拟和联立方程优化法结合的方式,比较了压缩冷凝、压缩冷凝+膜分离、压缩冷凝+深冷分离以及压缩冷凝+变压吸附四种工艺方案的经济收益和?效率,并制定出工艺适用范围区域划分图。在此基础上,运用Aspen Plus中的灵敏度分析对排放气中的氢气和重烃摩尔分数分别作了修正,完善了工艺选择原则。最后,根据这一原则,结合某石化高密度聚乙烯装置的排放气组成,提出并实施了最适用于该装置排放气回收使用的"压缩冷凝/冷却+深冷"组合方案,具有很好的经济效益。

he conventional methods for recovering vent gas in polyethylene processes include compression condensing, membrane separation, pressure swing adsorption and cryogenic separation units. Since the vent gas content varies with the process, the combined recovery approach for different processes should be different. Therefore, it is blind for selecting processes since a lack of selection methods in process. This paper characterizes the vent gas content by three groups: N2, H2, and heavy hydrocarbon. A combination selection guide has been proposed to maximize both recovery efficiency and profit. For the separation of N2 and C2 in vent gas, compression condensing, compression condensing combined with membrane separation, compression condensing combined with cryogenic separation and compression condensing combined with pressure swing adsorption four processes are proposed. After simulating by Aspen Plus and optimizing by Equation Oriented modeling, the economic benefits and exergy efficiency of four processes are be compared each other by , then a zoning map of process scope is generated. On this basis, the paper amends the influence of mole fraction of H2 and heavy hydrocarbon in vent gas by sensitivity analysis in Aspen Plus so as to make the process selection guide more completely. An industrial case from high density polyethylene unit of a plastic company is studied by this method, the combination of compression condensing, cooling and cryogenic separation has been proposed for this case, and it has achieved economic benefits.
