硅基OLEDs是实现硅基（微）显示和光电集成的重要方案之一，近年来受到广泛关注。本文综述了硅基OLEDs的研究进展，主要介绍以导电单晶硅片作为OLEDs载流子注入电极的研究结果，分析和讨论了硅基OLEDs的一些问题及优化器件效率的方案。
We review the recent progress of silicon-based OLEDs, which may be a potential method to implement monolithic Si opto-electronic. The structure and performance of OLEDs with doped silicon as anode have been discussed in detail. Moreover, a possible approach to further improve the efficiency of silicon-based OLEDs was proposed.
