本文提出一种双变量对称式液压变压器,为有效保持配流盘动态平衡和避免烧盘现象,对该变压器的系统结构和工作状态进行了详细分析。通过建立液压变压器的数学模型,重点分析了双变量机构处于不同状态下的流量特性,并通过有限元方法重点分析了液压变压器有无偏角状态下的流量特性,得出结论,有限元仿真数据与理论分析相吻合。

In this paper, a bivariate symmetrical hydraulic transformer is proposed. In order to effectively maintain the dynamic balance of the distribution plate and avoid the burning plate, the system structure and working condition of the transformer are analyzed in detail. Through the establishment of the mathematical model of the hydraulic transformer, the flow characteristics of the bivariate mechanism in different states are analyzed emphatically, and the flow characteristics of the hydraulic transformer with or without the declination are analyzed by finite element methflow field characteristics of double swashplate series hydraulicod.. The conclusion is that the finite element simulation data consistent with the theoretical analysis.
