近年来,氮杂卡宾除了作为传统的金属配体之外,已经逐渐被作为新型有机催化剂催化各类有机反应。氮杂卡宾催化的氢酰化反应就是其中一类重要的子类型,其主要以醛为酰基供体,与不同的酰基受体如碳碳双键、碳碳三键及碳氧双键进行加成得到还原酰化产物。氮杂卡宾较传统的金属催化剂具有易制备、毒性小等优点,其催化的有机反应已经成为当今有机催化领域的新热点。本文综述了近年来氮杂卡宾催化的氢酰化反应研究进展,包括烯烃、炔烃及羰基的氢酰化反应。

Over the last decade, N-heterocylic carbenes (NHCs) have been utilized as novel organocatalysts in the development of various organic reactions other than a traditional source of metal ligands. As an important subtype, NHC-catalyzed hydroacylation usually employs aldehydes as the acyl donor, which react with different acyl acceptors such as C-C double bonds, C-C triple bonds and C-O double bonds and afford reductive acyl products. NHCs have some distinct advantages like easier accessiblity and lower toxicity over the traditional metal catalysts, which make it become a new field of study of increasing interest. This review mainly focuses on the recent advance of N-heterocyclic carbene-catalyzed hydroacylation, involving the reactions of alkenes, alkynes and carbonyls.
