针对PID控制器参数经多目标优化求得Pareto最优解集后,如何从中选择满足决策者要求的解问题,本文提出将层次分析法和偏好顺序结构评估法相结合来进行多属性决策分析。将系统超调量、调节时间和ITAE指标作为优化目标,采用改进非支配排序的多目标遗传算法(NSGA-II)求出Pareto最优解集,由这些Pareto最优解构成决策矩阵,使用层次分析法确定目标属性的权重,然后采用偏好顺序结构评估法给出Pareto最优解的全排序,确定满意解。仿真结果表明设计方法的有效性和适用性。

For the problem how to choose the solution from the Pareto optimal solution set which obtained by optimize the PID controller parameters based on multi-objective optimization method to meet the requirement of the decision maker, a new method to multi-attribute decision analysis through combined with both the advantages of analytic hierarchy process and Preference Ranking Organization Methods for Enrichment Evaluation was proposed. In the first stage ,set the system overshoot, settling time and ITAE index as the optimization objectives, and a fast non-dominating sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA II) was employed to approximate the set of Paretosolution through an evolutionary optimization. In the subsequent stage, a multi-attribute decision making (MADM) approach was adopted to rank these solutions from best to worst in order to determine the best solution in a deterministic environment with a single decision maker. The ranking of Pareto solution is based on the weight obtained by AHP and PROMETHEE method. The simulation results show that the validity and applicability of this design method.
