随着高强混凝土的广泛应用,混凝土自收缩以及早期开裂问题已经成为工程界研究的热点问题。本文将针对不同配合比和约束条件下混凝土进行试验研究,获得了不同强度等级、不同龄期的混凝土收缩数据和不同约束条件下的混凝土开裂观测数据并进行分析。发现不同配合比的混凝土早期收缩与孔结构差异明显,混凝土的水灰比越小,混凝土开裂后裂缝开展越迅速,且形成的裂缝平均宽度与长度更大。

With the widespread application of high-strength concrete, the autogenous shrinkage and early cracking of concrete have become hot issues in the engineering field. This paper will conduct experimental research on concrete under different mix ratios and restraint conditions, and obtain and analyze concrete shrinkage data of different strength grades and different ages and concrete cracking observation data under different restraint conditions. It is found that the early shrinkage and pore structure of concrete with different mix ratios are significantly different, The smaller the water-cement ratio of concrete, the faster the cracks develop after the concrete cracks, and the average width and length of the cracks formed are larger.
