高砷地下水砷还原菌的分离鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Arsenate-Reducing Bacteria from High Arsenic Groundwater
地下水砷污染是当前国际社会面临的最严重的地质环境问题之一。我国是地下水砷污染最为严重夫人国家之一,受影响人口达数百万之多。居民长期饮用高砷地下水导致各种慢性砷中毒疾病,严重危害人体健康。有研究表明,微生物可能是高砷地下水形成的关键因素。本文从高砷地下水中分离得到2株砷还原菌,并对其砷还原能力进行了研究。结果表明,菌株IMARCUG-3和IMARCUG-4分别能在60和66小时内,将初始浓度为100 mg/L的As(V)还原99.9%和92.4%。菌株的16S rDNA序列分析结果显示,菌株IMARCUG-3和IMARCUG-4 分别与Pseudomonas sp.和Arthrobacter sp.相似性均达到99% 以上本研究为微生物参与高砷地下水的形成提供了直接证据。
rsenic (As) in groundwater is a serious environmental issue that affects the health of millions of people in many countries. China is one of the typical countries which were affected by As poisoning. Millions of residents have been drinking high arsenic groundwater and resulted in large qualities of arseniasis which causes many kinds of chronic diseases and affect people's health seriously. Previous studies show that microorganisms might be very import for arsenic releasing and transformation in groundwater. In this study, two arsenic reducing bacteria IMARCUG-3 and IMARCUG-4 were isolated from high arsenic groundwater and were identified as Pseudomonas sp.and Arthrobacter sp. respectively. More than 90% of 100 mg/L As(V) could be reduced by these two bacteria in 60 and 66 hours respectively. These results provide useful evidence to support the opinion of microbial-mediated high arsenic groundwater.
