基于半导体制冷片的便携式药品储藏盒
Portable medical storage box based on Thermoelectric Cooler
在对国内外便携式药品储藏盒和半导体制冷片发展现状进行比较研究的基础上,提出了基于半导体制冷片的便携式药品储藏盒的设计方案。该设计以微处理器为恒温系统的核心控件,半导体制冷片作为恒温系统的执行部件,使用PID算法对便携式药品恒温箱温度实现快速、稳定、精确控制。试验结果表明,该设计能满足普通药品低温储藏的要求,小巧便携,适合对保存温度有要求的药品进行携带运输。
On the basis of comparison and study of the domestic and abroad portable medical storage box and thermoelectric cooler (TEC), we put forward the based on TEC of portable medical storage box design scheme. The design uses microprocessor as the control core of the whole system and semiconductor refrigeration slice as the perform component for medical storage box. By the effects of PID control algorithm, the design realizes the rapid, stable and accurate control of the temperature in the box. Test results show that, the design can meet the requirements of common medicines refrigerated storage, and is small portable, suitable for the transporting drugs which have temperature preservation.
