本文研究了Li含量对LiNb0.6Ti0.5O3(LNT)陶瓷的相结构和微波介电性能的影响,尤其是对温度系数的影响。结果表明,由于Li挥发性强,少许过量的Li有较好的补偿作用,能有效地促进烧结进程,使结构均匀致密,从而提高陶瓷的介电性能。但是,如果Li过量太多会造成第二相产生,并导致晶粒异常长大。在1075℃的空气气氛下烧结得到的LNT+5wt%Li陶瓷性能最佳:εr = 69.73, Q × f = 5543 GHz, τf = -4.4 ppm / ℃

In this paper, the effects of excess Li content on the phase structure and microwave dielectric properties, especially on the temperature coefficient, of the LiNb0.6Ti0.5O3 (LNT) ceramics were studied. The results show that small amount of Li effectively enhanced the sintering process due to the compensation ofc high volatility of Li, leading to a densification and homogenous microstructure, and therefore enhanced the dielectric properties. However, too much Li would lead to a secondary phase and cause the abnormal grain growth. The LNT + 5 wt% Li ceramic sintered at 1075℃ in the air shows the best properties of : εr = 69.73,Q × f = 5543 GHz, τf = -4.4 ppm /℃。
