无检测器道路交通流数据质量检测方法研究--基于灰色系统理论

交通流领域,通过检测器获得的交通流数据既是包括速度、流量、经度、纬度等多属性的高维数据,又不可避免的存在着错误、丢失、冗余等质量问题。为解决一般交通流数据质量检测方法要求原始数据量较大,而无检测器道路可获得的交通流数据又非常有限的矛盾,本文提出了一种基于灰色系统理论的无检测器道路交通流数据质量检测方法,该方法为解决交通流数据因多属性而逐一检测所引起的时间复杂度增加和多属性间关联割裂等问题提供了一种新的思路。最后,运用杭州市某一局部路网的浮动车交通流数据进行了验证,结果表明该方法可有效识别错误、丢失、冗余等数据问题。

In the traffic flow field, many quality problems exist inevitably in detected data which has multiple attributes of high dimensional, such as speed, flow, latitude, longitude, errors, and redundancy, etc. Conventional data quality detection methods require large number of initial data while traffic flow data at non-detector road is very limited, in order to deal with this contradiction, a new non-detector roads traffic flow data quality detection method based on grey system theory is put forward. This method provides a new thought to solve the increase in time complexity and separate multiple attribute links which were caused by the traffic flow data multiple attributes. Finally, using the probe car traffic flow data which covers a local road network of Hangzhou to validate the efficiency of the model by adopting the method put forward in the article.
