污泥与玉米秸秆共热解制备吸附剂的研究

以徐州污水处理厂脱水污泥为原料,通过掺混不同比例的玉米秸秆,在不同的温度下热解制备含炭吸附剂。实验结果表明:在相同的秸秆掺混比下,400 ℃制得的含炭吸附剂的碘吸附值最高,达407mg/g―655 mg/g;孔径分布较宽,微孔所占比例较小,以中孔为主,比表面积较小。总孔容积随热解温度的升高而增大,700℃热解的纯污泥总孔容积最大,达到0.123 6 cc/g,中孔占65.4%。污泥与秸秆以5:5掺混热解后的吸附剂总孔容有所下降,但孔径分布集中,中孔含量达到84.0%。

The total pore volume increases with Pyrolysis temperature together, So pyrolysis of pure sludge have largest total pore volume at 700 ℃, which is 0.123 6 cc/g. Adsorbent is obtained by pyrolysis of sludge and straw mixed in the ratio of 5:5, have smaller total pore volume and more concentrated distribution, and middle holes account for 84.0%.
