中央空调系统的数据分析与最优控制策略

随着中央空调的快速普及,中央空调系统的数据分析与最优控制策略中央空调的能耗问题也是一个亟待解决的重大问题,而中央空调系统的优化控制策略研究是其中一个具有普遍意义的解决方案。本文对某城市一套中央空调系统的实测数据进行了深入分析和处理,用BP神经网络分析来拟合系统效率、耗电量和冷却负载三个变量与其他变量的关系系,并用岭回归进行变量之间的回归,得出系统效率和不可控变量的关系模型,并进行最优化处理,进而用BP神经网络反馈可控变量,由此得到最优控制策略。
With the rapid popularization of central air conditioning, the energy consumption of central air conditioning is also a major problem to be solved urgently, and the optimization strategy of central air conditioning system is one of the most important solutions. In this paper, the measured data of a set of central air-conditioning system in a city are analyzed and processed deeply. BP neural network analysis is used to fit the relationship between three variables including system efficiency, power consumption and cooling load and other variables. The regression between the variables is carried out by using the ridge regression, and the relational model of the system efficiency and the uncontrollable variables is obtained and then optimized. The optimal control strategy is obtained by using the BP neural network to feedback the controllable variables.
