有机涂层广泛应用于金属防腐蚀保护。本文研制检测探头,利用电化学阻抗谱技术对环氧涂料/碳钢体系在海水的腐蚀进行检测,对涂层性能进行表征,旨在研究开发能够应用于涂覆金属腐蚀现场检测电化学系统。结果表明:所研制电化学检测探头适用于涂层试样电化学检测,从而为涂覆碳钢海水腐蚀现场检测、涂层性能评价以及涂层失效机制研究提供基础。

Organic coatings are widely applied to protect metals from corrosion. This work detected the corrosion of epoxy coating/carbon steel system in seawater by electrochemical spectroscopy impedance (EIS) using the developed detection probe. The aim of the work presented here is to develop an on-site corrosion detection system. Results show that the probe developed here is applicable in the electrochemical detection of the corrosion of organic coating coated carbon steel. This lays a foundation for the on-site corrosion detection of coated carbon steel in marine environment and helps better understanding of the mechanism of coating degradation and coating life prediction.
