同轴电缆外导体焊接工艺可行性研究

随着我国科技和经济发展，薄板得到越来越广泛的应用，本文就在通讯行业用应用广泛的同轴电缆外导体生产进行研究。本文分析了根据铜的焊接性确定采用TIG焊，确定焊接电流和速度的匹配关系，最终得到最佳焊接工艺参数。
long with our country science and technology and the economical development, the thin steel plate obtains the more and more widespread application, this article on conducts the research in the communication profession with the application widespread coaxial cable outer conductor production.This article analyzed according to the copper weldability had determined used TIG to weld, determined the welding current and the speed match relations, finally obtained the best welding craft parameter.
