本文将直线剪式单元扩展到变铰接点直线剪式单元,并将剪式单元的运动方式扩展到了空间中,提出基于变铰接点直线剪式单元的四棱锥放缩机构。变铰接点直线剪式单元组合成的四棱锥放缩机构是复杂的多闭环结构,使用传统的自由度计算公式难以计算其自由度,因此使用旋量理论对四棱锥放缩机构进行分析并计算其自由度。为四棱锥放缩机构的实际应用提出了理论依据。
In this paper, the linear scissorselement is extended to a variable hinge point linear scissorselement, and the motion mode of the scissors element is extended to space. A quadrangular pyramid scaling mechanism based on the variable hinge point linear scissorselement is proposed. The quadrangular pyramid expansion and contraction mechanism composed of linear hinged scissors element with variable hinge points is a complex multi-closed-loop structure. It is difficult to calculate the degrees of freedom using traditional formulas for degree of freedom. Therefore,its degrees of freedom is calculated with the screw theory. A theoretical basis is put forward for the practical application of the quadrangular pyramid scaling mechanism.
