基于BP网络和遗传算法的L型门机系统的研究

利用VC++与ANSYS软件、MATLAB软件的接口功能以及VC++对APDL语言的封装技术来实现VC++对ANSYS、MATLAB的二次开发,开发出一套针对L型门式起重机门架的参数化有限元分析系统。在VC++软件中输入参数对L型门机的质量进行计算,把得到的20组数据作为网络训练样本,用BP网络建立映射关系,为遗传算法提供适应度函数,通过遗传算法完成L型门机质量的优化,最后调用ANSYS软件对优化后的L型门机进行仿真校核。优化和仿真结果表明L型门机的整机性能有了显著的提高。
kind of parametric finite element analysis system of type L gantry crane's gate frame is developed by making use of secondary development on ANSYS, MATLAB by VC++ and interface technology of VC++ and ANSYS, MATLAB. It carries out encapsulation on APDL. To input parameter in the VC++ and to calculate the quality of type L gantry crane so as to obtain the network training specimen constituted with 20 sets of parameters. Using BP network to establish the mapping relationship, then providing the adaptability function for genetic algorithm, by means of the genetic algorithm to accomplish the quality optimization. Then use ANSYS to simulate the optimized type L gantry crane. The result of optimization and simulation showed that the overall performance of type L gantry crane was improved obviously.
