纳米WO3薄膜是一类重要的电致、气致变色材料、半导体气敏材料、电磁波吸波材料和化学催化材料，而高质量高性能材料的制备是其研究和应用的关键。本文归纳和总结了多种WO3纳米薄膜材料的制备技术，论述了其各自的利弊之处，重点介绍了溶胶-凝胶法制备WO3纳米薄膜材料的原理和方法，对将其应用于制备传感器材料时所面临的问题进行了总结，并提出了相应的改善措施。

From the point of preparing WO3 thin films, this paper discusses the pros and cons of their respective methods, focuses on the sol - gel method and the principle of the method, and propose improvement measures based on the inadequacies of the law.
