基于C#.NET的煤泥水处理过程数据查询系统的设计及实现

煤泥水沉降性能的数据存储及查询系统研发已成为煤泥水处理系统设计的热点。通过总结煤泥水处理过程中影响煤泥水沉降的主要因素,设计出可以根据影响因素及沉降试验而确定系统最佳用药量,同时方便用户存储、调用试验数据的煤泥水处理过程查询系统。首先采用分层架构的方式对系统的结构进行了详细的规划,在此基础上给出了用户管理、数据录入系统、数据计算及分析系统、数据图表查询系统等主要功能模块的详细设计并予以实现。设计的这套系统对选煤厂煤泥水沉降的药量投放起到了有效的指导作用,为合理有效的处理煤泥水提供了重要的数据参考。
he research and development of data storage and enquiry system of the settlement properties of coal slime water has become the hot spot of the design of coal slime water treatment system. The enquiry system of the coal slime water treatment process that determines the best dosage in line with the influencing factors and settlement test and in the mean time can benefit the customers for storing and debugging test data is designed through concluding the major factors that affect the settlement of the coal slime water in the process of coal slime water treatment. Firstly, the method of layered frame is used to carry out the specific planning of the system, based on which the detailed designs of major functional module including users management, the data recording system, data calculation and analytical system and data chart enquiry system etc is given and realized. The design of this set of system serves as an effective guidance on the dosage record of coal slime water settlement by the coal preparation plants, which also provides important data for reference for reasonable and effective treatment of coal slime water.
