纳米晶体的形状效应及基本表征参数间的定量关系
Shape Effect and Quantificational Relations on Basic Characterizing Parameters of Nanocrystals
本文分析了纳米微粒因形状不同而导致热力学性能差异的形状效应,建立了零维纳米微粒、一维纳米线及二维纳米薄膜随尺寸变化的表面原子百分数函数与比表面积函数。利用上述关系式对纳米晶体的基本表征参数进行了定量的理论预测,预测结果与相应的实验值一致。
he difference between thermodynamic properties caused by the shape difference of nanocrystals is discussed, the functions on surface-to-volume atomic ratio and specific surface area of zero-dimensional nanoparticle, one-dimensional nanowire and two-dimensional nanofilm which can describe the size effect of nanocrystals are developed in this paper. The theoretical calculations of nanocrystals are consistent with the corresponding. present experimental values.
