Effects of Different Pretreatments on Hydrogen Production Using Mariculture Organic Waste as Fermentative Substrate

利用海水养殖场有机废弃物发酵产氢,可在减少有机污染物的同时获取清洁能源氢气。本研究以海水养殖场有机废弃物为底物,比较了嗜热酶(S-TE)、酸、碱、灭菌、微波不同污泥预处理条件方式对厌氧发酵产氢效果的影响,并对发酵过程中底物性质变化(SCOD、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、pH、VFAs和乙醇)进行探讨。结果显示,灭菌预处理产氢效果最好,产氢率为22.0 mL/g?VSS,酸处理的效果最差,产氢率为7.6 mL/g?VSS发酵产氢过程中,可溶性糖为主要的营养来源,在其大量消耗之后,氢气不再产生。发酵过程中产生的VFAs主要是乙酸,乙醇在发酵后期出现,表示发酵出现溶剂化现象。经S-TE预处理的污泥能更多地释放营养物质,并在整个发酵过程中保持较为稳定的pH值。

he utilization of mariculture organic waste for anaerobic hydrogen fermentation could reduce organic pollutant and obtain clean energy hydrogen simultaneously In this study, mariculture organic waste was used for hydrogen production, and the effect of different pretreatments of solubilization by thermophilic enzyme(S-TE), acid, alkaline, sterilized, and microwave on mariculture organic waste hydrogen production was also investigated. The efficiency of these pretreatments and profiles of soluble COD, protein carbohydrate, pH value, VFAs and ethanol during fermentation were also monitored. The results showed that the maximum hydrogen yield was 22.0 mL/goVSS, which was obtained from sterilization pretreatment. Whereas the minimum hydrogen yield of 7.6 mL/goVSS was obtained from acid pretreatment. Soluble carbohydrate was the main nutrient resource for hydrogen production, the fermentation was stopped after the carbohydrate was largely consumed. The main composition of VFAs was acetic acid, and ethanol was produced at the end of fermentation, which suggested the present of solvation during fermentation. More nutrient could be released from mariculture organic waste after S-TE pretreatment, and the pH value was remained stable during the fermentation.
