With the development of e-commerce and the rapid development of Jingdong, Taobao, pinduoduo and other major e-commerce platforms, more and more consumers choose to obtain the required goods through online shopping. According to the characteristics of online shopping service quality and customer satisfaction model, the evaluation index of online shopping customer satisfaction is given. Considering the uncertainty of online shopping customer satisfaction, the discrete type-2 fuzzy set is used to describe and analyze each evaluation index of customer satisfaction in detail from the two aspects of purchase rate and satisfaction, and the type-2 fuzzy set and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate and express online shopping customer satisfaction; The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by an example.?????
