转子绕组断条是异步电机最常见故障之一,在分析当前主要的诊断方法的基础上,提出小波分析用于异步电机转子断条故障研究。论文阐述了小波分析用于异步电机转子断条故障诊断的原理、实现方法,并进行仿真计算,最后进行实验研究。仿真分析和实验结果均表明,小波分析进行异步电机转子断条故障诊断具有较高的诊断精度和很好的频率分辨率,且工程实现方便。

Rotor broken-bar fault is one of the most ordinary faults in induction motors. Based on analyzing the primary diagnosis methods, wavelet analysis is used on this paper to study the rotor broken-bar fault. The paper analyzes the principle and method of rotor broken-bar fault diagnosis in induction motors based on wavelet analysis and carries out simulation and experiment. The results of simulation and experiment indicate that the wavelet analysis method possesses a higher diagnosis precision and a better frequency resolution. Furthermore, this method is easily to be engineering achieved.
